Edison appears in court to testify for sex photo scandal case The sex photo scandal has been over for a year and male lead of the scandal, Edison Chen, is appearing in court for the first time to give evidence for the trial of computer technician who disseminated via the internet, photos of the actor having sex with female celebrities. Chen had earlier refused to return to Hong Kong for the case hearing and thus a hearing was arranged in Vancouver for the actor. Both the prosecution and defendant lawyers will cross question Chen before a Canadian judge and Hong Kong's chief magistrate. The hearing in Vancouver which began on Feb 23 is expected to take place for three to five days. The accused, Sze Ho-chun, is charged with "dishonest use of computers with criminal intent" and the actual hearing of the case has been scheduled between April 6 and 21 in Hong Kong. Sze will not appear in court in Vancouver.
this scandal will neva get out of the news but i guess now its finally finishing up btw, does edison look kinda old in that photo?
yea he does look pretty old. i guess that's wat happen when u step out of showbiz for a bit. as for the accussed, i dunno wat to say besides that point that hes in a lot of trouble.
edison is on drug ... thus, that old .. the ladies like him cuz he was hooking them up with the good stuffs .. lol anyway, the computer geek is not gonna get in much trouble. if it's his first offense, he will most likely be charge with a misdemeanor; jailed up most for 1 yrs or community services or fine and get probation if he does it well. he didn't kill anyone so he's not a threat to society. criminally, the geek will not get much trouble .. civilly though, he has to pay a lot of money for the damage of those celebrities .. lol .. not gonna get away even if you declare bankruptcy .. judgment will after you for life until everything is paid or you can appeal until whenever .. lol .. judge can garnish your wages ro whatever for money. the geek probably gonna have a hard time finding job cuz that "trust" from employers is gone .. you take sensitive data and massly distributed .. who would hire you? i don't. it's not about criminal record or not but your action.
