Edison Chen expands fashion business to Malaysia Since his racy photos were exposed to public's eye, Edison Chen has been out of showbiz and depending on his fashion business for a livelihood. Following openings in Hong Kong and Shanghai, Chen will be expanding his fashion brand CLOT and street apparel retail store Juice to the Malaysian market. The second flagship store outside Hong Kong will be opened next Saturday in an affluent suburb on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur, to carry brands like CLOT, Head Porter and Original Fake. Chen will be gracing the opening ceremony of the shop. According to a Malaysian media report, netizens recently found a shop at Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, with a banner hung high outside that read "Juice Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia", and suspected it to be the franchise of Chen's store. Reporters from Sin Chew Daily then visited the said location and found a shop in the district indeed undergoing renovations with workers installing display shelves. The two-storey shop adopts a grey colour theme with the first floor as retail space and second floor as the storeroom and office. Shop owners nearby, reporters found, only knew that the shop would be a fashion retail store, but did not know that it belonged to the Hong Kong actor. According to reports, Chen is intending to make his mark in the fashion business by expanding his brand into other major cities like Beijing.
