22 February 2008 Alex Au Edison Chen (陳冠希) spent around 10 hours answering police questions today, reported Oriental Daily News, a Hong Kong newspaper. The newspaper reported that Edison left the Four Seasons Hotel this morning to go to Wanchai Police Headquarters. His entourage managed to dodge the press who had staked-out around the hotel. Hong Kong's bestselling daily reported that Edison left Police HQ around 7PM and returned to the Four Seasons for a second night. On Edison's return to the hotel, around five of his bodyguards pushed away photographers and ushered him into a lift. Oriental Daily News said that Edison will return to Police HQ tomorrow. The newspaper reported that the star's computer equipment, including the infamous "Cotton Candy Mac", that was seized by police yesterday is being examined by computer forensics. Apart from leaving the hotel to go to Police HQ, Edison has not left the hotel since checking in last night. People from his company were seen delivering newspapers and snacks to him via hotel staff. Tang King Shing (鄧竟成), the Police Commissioner, was seen leaving the hotel. He was asked by reporters if the hundreds of police officers who formed a human ring around Edison's car yesterday were a waste of police resources. He amicably refused to comment. Meanwhile, Apple Daily, a Hong Kong newspaper, reported that Edison's father and mother had finally broken their silence regarding the sex photos scandal. They apologized for the very public fallout, said that they should have instilled more values into their son, and asked everyone to give Edison another chance. The Sun, a Hong Kong newspaper, reported that items that appeared in Edison's sex photos have been selling well in mainland China. The newspaper reported that pirate versions of the Paul Frank underwear that a woman, purported to be Bobo Chan (陳文媛), wore in some of the sex photos have been selling well. A pirate version costs around HK$20, while a genuine version costs around $300. The newspaper also reported that fishnet lingerie similar to that worn by a woman, purported to be Gillian Chung (鍾欣桐), in some of the sex photos has been selling well at $500.
