Edmund Leung and Karen Lam, girl friend for 10 years are getting married today. The wedding banquet of 38 tables will be held at The Hong Kong Shangri-La Hotel. There will be 40 best men and bridesmaids. The couple will not have the traditional Chinese wedding of passing the bridesmaids first of a big red packet with money inside. The couple will arrive at the hotel at about 1 pm. Edmund would see the media at about 4:30pm. The wedding ceremony will take place at 6pm followed by the banquet. The couple will speak to the media at 10pm. Edmund had an interviews with Char Siu Yan at the commercial radio yesterday. He said Eric Tsang and Dicky Cheung will be the MC. He aslo expressed that Karen would like the party to be a bit conservative, fun, but not too wild. He already had a word with Eric about it. Edmund went on saying that the original plan was the couple would check in to the hotel night before the wedding, but he was worried that Karen might not be able to sleep that night, so they gave up the idea. Asked if his uncle Wan Chi Keung (Michelle Yim's boyfriend) would be attending his wedding? Edmund said that depends on his condition really. At the moment, Wan Chi Keung's health is stable.
