Do ya'll notice the white stuff in the egg?? I saw them in all the eggs in the states but not so when I was in Guam or back in Asia .. why is that? I bought high quality eggs but they still have those white stuffs and the yolks ain't as full as the ones in Guam and Asia.
white stuff as in there's white bits in the raw whites?? or when you poach it and white foam comes out?? so weird negi!! u think of random shizzz
I saw a food show and they told people about that white stuff, and some chefs take it out cause it affects how some dishes turn out but overall it's fine.
^ thank you eviltofu .. got it now .. for the others .. i guess ya'll don't COOK .. how can you not notice the white stuffs when you crack a raw egg .. in the egg white; nearby the yolk. sometimes, there is even a red blood like dots too .. the weird thing is how come there is none for the eggs oversea. i also noticed the yolk is darker too. my relatives back in asia told me that the darker the yolk, it's because the chickens were well fed with organic stuffs so the yolk is more nutritious.
NP, glad it helped.-chef Some places, chickens are allow to roam around the farm/woods to get their own food+fed with other organic foods and exercises, so a healthier chicken is going to give you a better egg with more nutrition. Those eggs seem to be more golden orange. I notice that some eggs chalazae are smaller or harder to see in some eggs so I think the sizes vary from egg to egg.
