A guy with epilepsy is getting on my friends nerves for reasons that don't need to be mentioned here. If my friend was to give him a beating, is there a chance of the epilepsy being triggered?
Er... Yeah, it has been said that flashing lights can trigger seizures in those epileptics that are prone to such stimuli, however the research is so sparse that anecdotally, it seems that just about any extraneous stimuli can initiate an event and be considered as a seizure trigger. That being said, you... er, ahem, that is, your "friend" should consider that assaulting someone is considered a crime, regardless of their degree of annoyance.
Lol yeah i know those ones, its seriously my friend who may do the attacking, i cant afford to attack people, i have a career to think about lol, anyway its like this.. Where I work, i have access to certain records. I know this guy has epilepsy and other things that may contribute to his behaviour, my friend does not know because I cant reveal private info and i take that pretty seriously. If i was sure a fight may trigger the epilepsy i would have to try and say something to stop a physical altercation happening (im not always with him) without actually telling him what I know. Why am i always stuck in the middle..... also thanks for reminding me that 'ABH' is a crime :trollface2: Ill just have to keep saying "Hey dont fight.... think about your daughter maaaaan", that usually works.
Premeditated assault. Smart move. In case you didn't catch that, I was being sarcastic. Yes, I am implying that you're an idiot.
