Okay, so I have extremeeeely dried eyes. I feel like they're going to be permanently red (exaggerating here). But I do need some recommendations for good eye drops. So, any suggestions?

I used Visine and Genteal. Didn't really work out for me. Genteal was okay, but I want to see if I can find a better one.

^ I suggest you go see an eye doctor? When I was younger, my eyes were so dry all the time that it itches and was red more often than not. The doctor says I have a natural condition where my eyes are drier than normal ppl's, so I need special eye drops to keep my eyeballs moist till they can cope with it's own moisture production. No other eye drops may have helped me. It's always better to see an expert.

^ My case is a little different because normal eye drops don't work. Normal eye drop is suppose to ease itch and irritants right? My problem causing the itch and irritant is dry eyes.

Thanks. My eyes aren't iritated or itchy though. They just get really dry sometimes. I'm more worried about fixing the redness. Sometimes, they're red but my eyes don't feel very dry.

Nobody has recommendations on eye drops? lol.

you use visine. i think that's pretty good for redness. it kinda burns a little when you drop it in; but it works pretty well ... i have allergies and my eyes will get all red. anyway, visine works very well for me.

I normally use visine on the occasion that I find my eyes are noticably red. Results are quick and it does have a good, soothing feel.

i'd suggest seeinga doctor and get their reccomendation of eye drops etc.. might need a prescription eyedrop or soemthin like that. . if it's sometimes red but not itchy might be a condition? :S
if it's always dry mayb it's ur tear ducts? :S not producing enough to keep ur eyes moist?

^ yeah, thats a good eye drop b/c my eyes feel a lot more better after using it. I use it most of the time when my eyes are extremely dry & tired >.<"

So, I'm going to assume "Artificial Tears" will get rid of redness as well?

If it doesn't get better after another try, I'll see a doctor, don't worry.
