every time i try to use eyeliners they always smudge after an hr or so... i always end up looking like a panda... someone tell me what's the correct way to apply it?? thx a bun
hahhaha..u odn't know how to put on eyeliner properly?? i think think u're suppose to play with ur eyeliner marks that y its smudged!.. u panda =p
When I watch my wife put makeup on, she uses a waterproof pencil eyeliner (works better than liquid liners and smears less). She said always to put on the rest of the makeup first, and apply eyeliner/mascara last. The eyeliner is applied to the lash line, not to the part of the eyelid that touches the eye; otherwise, your natural tears may smear the color. Apply from middle of lash line to the outer edge; some people do it from outer edge towards the middle...your choice. Then try not touching your face or eyes after applicaton, otherwise, it will more likely smear. Hope this helps somewhat...
buy smudge prrof or water proof eyeliner. chances are you're probably using too much than you should, lol. Try applying it to the top lid only, and not the bottom.
oh can't believe i'm getting make up tips from a guy haha... thx anyways... yeah i try to apply a lil on the lash line... but b coz i got double eyelid n the outer layer covers the inner layer (so i look like i got single eyelid)... they eyeliner always end up smudging even if i use water proof... boohoo.. i need plastic surgery :(
awww you dont need plastic surgery!!! just cause of that?? but meh..i dunno what to tell you. i dont usually wear makeup..and if i do i use those water proof ones....
Hahaha, I need to stop watching my wife put makeup on =P Though I think it's sexy watching a woman primp herself. Maybe apply a little powder to your eyelids before applying your eyeliner so that the color from the lower part of your upper eyelid doesn't stick to the upper half? *shrugs* Funny you mention plastic surgery. Many Asian women get plastic surgery to get double eyelids. You are fortunate to be born with them =)
I think Dawn's problem is that her crease, though present, is covered by overhanging skin from the upper lid. Hence, the reason why it looks as though she has single eyelids, and the reason why plastic surgery was brought up

Try using Mac Powerpoint liner. It stays on for the whole day. Even if you yawn and cry it won't run or smudge at all.
well i use CD liquid eyeliner.. well if u want to be more natural looking i would say use liquid eyeliner.. but if u wanna more define.. like those smoky effect..use a pencil... put powder on your lids first before u draw any eyeliner.. n if u r using liquid.. make sure the liquid dries before u release ur eyelids... and try not to rub ur eyes.. if ur eyeliner smudge because u sweat or tear alot on ur eye area then try bloobin on powder.. like ur eye shadow or something... never use liquid to line ur bottom lids... try using water proof pencil ones.. n after drawing ur bottom lids... use a tiny cotton bud n smudge it alil.. this is to prevent u from having too much of smudge later-->becoming panda... n + it will give u a semi smoky look hope it helps
