The stage version of Lawrence Cheng (鄭丹瑞)'s signature series Diary Of A Small Man <小男人週記> will be subtitled Kiss Me Goodbye will be performed in December and a press event was held yesterday, introducing characters and cast members from the show, including Louisa So (蘇玉華), Fala Chen (陳法拉), Johnson Lee (李思捷), Ram Tseung (蔣志光) and of course the "Small Man" himself, Lawrence.

There are also some big names behind the scenes, with comedic genius Cheung Tat Ming (張達明) as director-in-chief, Chung King Fai (鍾景輝) as artistic director and Sandy Lam (林姍姍) as the show's producer.

As part of the promotion, "Leung Foon" Lawrence was joined by Louisa and Fala in a Mercedes convertible and he said that he was a very lucky man to work with two beauties in this show. Fala will be playing his ex-lover and Louisa will play his ex-wife. Lawrence said that when he was selecting the cast for the show, he had done some market research with his male friends and they had all agreed to buy 30 tickets each if Fala wasin the show. He also praised her for being very hardworking and revealed that there will be some sexy dancing in ths show. However, he smiled that he would keep it within boundaries because his wife has many spies.

Asked if he will be kissing Fala, he said coyly that you will have to watch the show to find out. He said that it will definitely make many men envious of him and make his wife quite frustrated.

Fala revealed that she will be wearing a short skirt and vests for the show and will be quite provocative. As for her always seeming to play the mistress, she smiled that she cannot be the wife character because she cannot cook.

For Louisa, who is renowned as a great cook, she will be showing off her culinary skills in the show. Asked if she was worried about gossip from working with Fala, she said that after so many years in the industry, she is immune to these things now. She said that the venue for this show will seat 3000, which is much better than her usual stage performances at the HKAPA, so this will be quite a challenge for her.
