    You know, if they ever produced a visual dictionary, the definition of the word Stupid would have to include this man's picture. Some people are so idiotic that all they're good for is to hurt...

    And I love the part of not charging him, citing there's no law for stupidity. Frankly, he should have been charged him with endangering the welfare of a minor. What matters is that the child was endangered, even if you're not a genius (or in this case, overtly stupid) doesn't matter a whit. Shit, at least the cops should have taken him out back and beat the piss out of him...
