Favourite fighting game series

Wondering, what is your favourtie fighting game series of all time.. My would have to be a mix between dead or alive (heard of it before?) and tekken.
dead or alive because of its fan service and the large range of costumes and tekken for the great fighting engine-rolleyes

 

bloody roar/ d o a/ tekken/ king of fighters and street fighter (not the 3d stuff)

 

soul calibur, bleach original street fighters the new ones are rly ridiculus and how could i forget king of fighters

Funny fightin games to play would be hokuto no ken its madness

 

my fav fighting game would be marvel vs capcom 2

 

Mine would have to be capcom cs SNK, It has quite a lot of people in it and its also got my fav char "shin akuma"

 

Tekken and KoF... I prefer KoF over any other fighting series though.
