is fear 2 any good, i heard from my friends that its totally creepy with crying girls that would massacre u, and is it scary can sum1 answer these question?

If you've played FEAR 1 then this should continue the same kind of story i.e. full of dark places and shocking moments. And yes there is a "little girl" who massacres entire squads of soldiers with psychic powers.
