Former TVB actress, Flora Chan (陳慧珊) turned 42 years old on May 30th. After her husband filed for bankruptcy, Flora became the financial pillar in the family. Despite the family’s financial troubles, Flora appeared to be content as long as she had her loved ones close by her side. She did not mind having a simple birthday celebration at home. Mike Chung Bargain Shops for $30 Chicken Flora’s manager and husband, Mike Chung, had owned a marketing company. However, due to unresolved management disputes, Mike had to file for personal bankruptcy, which was approved by the High Court in March. The bankruptcy did not implicate Flora. Yesterday, Mike was spotted driving to Tin Wan in Hong Kong Island to shop for groceries, for the upcoming birthday celebration dinner at home with Flora. Squeezing himself between female shoppers, Mike’s attention was caught by chilled chickens laying in the refrigerator section. They were bargain priced at $30 HKD each. Picking out the chicken of his choice, he also selected some raw meat before paying for the groceries. Flora Chan Full of Smiles Wearing a blue jogging set, Flora picked up her 5-year-old daughter, Mira, at school. When Flora spotted the reporter, she smiled widely. Asked whether she will celebrate her birthday today, Flora said, “Yes,” adding that her husband, Mike, had also given her a gift. When I read shit like this, the first question that pops into my mind is, when the reporter's mom was blowing his dad, did she swallow or not. What? Nobody cares? Exactly.
^ Ralph, has the misses been denying you the goods?? The projection of your recent post have been somewhat... frustrating..
LOL... Nah, all's been good on the home front. But the frustration is with the inane reporting of fluff that they try to "make" into news when there's nothing really there. Geez, $30 Chicken? So what are supposed to do, hold our hands in front of our slack jawed faces and gasp from this shocking journalistic scoop? The rag, its editors, and the reporter should all be ashamed of themselves for attempting to shill this swill as being newsworthy.
^ it's the $30 chicken that shows the nature of the lady. For most, they will flee. Those that stayed is a definite keeper.
