    Hi there,

I am having serious freckles and acne scars. I have tried a lot of beautician product and it does not work. It is very expensive to do a laser surgery. it's getting serious and i am not getting any better.

I regretted my with my outdoor activities. UVA and UVB spoils my skin melanin.

Can anyone plz advise me on this?

    Thank you in advance.

  2. for freckles there's not much u can do but stay out of the sun and wear really good sunblock whenever u go out...

as for the acne scars there's a few things u can do... keep ur face clean and scrub regularly... or if u can afford it get a face peel... something not too heavy like a fruit acid peel, enzyme peel or glycolic peel... it might lighten ur freckles a bit too...

    first of all

look up what type of freckes do you have. There are those that fade away during winter and some that stay forever lols.

second about the acne, if you still have them, try accutane as a last result, consult your dermintalogist and further them with ways to getting rid of acne scars.

    or try a product called

Elicina, i've tried it and it works in ways:

    smoothes the skin
    whiten a bit
heals scars, depending on the scar it self

just look it up. i may sound odd tho, but it works lols.

anyways, good luck. If i provided useful information, click the thank me okay :)

Freckles usually gets worse when you are out in the sun too much so i suggest to stay out of the sun or wear hats, suncream with UVA & UVB filters. They will be hard to avoid though as i get freckles when i'm out in the suin too much but then mine fades away after a few days :)
Tbh coz i wear make-up, they kinda hide my freckles away that's why you can't notice mine much but if you are not the type to wear make up then i guess
For scars, if you have squeezed your acne spots those will fade away too. And if you are scared that your acne i getting worse too go to your GP and ask for those acne tablets they work wonders. If not buy Oselee (I think it's called that) you can get that from Manning in HK and they work wonders too as my sister has a semi-partial serious acne

Dawn - I am worry about face peel treatment as it will thin the skin. Therefore it will be more sensitive as one layer of the skin is peel off. When new skin(like baby skin) grows, then it is more prone to sensitiveness like sun ray and the environment. I don't where are you from; but in Malaysia, the environment is not as good as other country.

lala_bel_tempo - I don't think Elicina cream is sold in Malaysia. I am already staying out from the sun. I take umbrella with me everyday and everywhere I go. I even stop all my outdoor exercise.

bbgirlsum - you are such a lucky girl. Your freckles can fade!!! I wish I have that as well. Can we change skin? Apparently i stop wearing make up as well. It tends to congest my skin and then more acne then more scars.

BTW, Malaysia air and water quality is not as good as other countries. The food is nice. Especially spicy food. So, Person with skin like me always have oily, acne prone skin. so pathetic...

face mask for whitening the skin might help
or eat food that purifies the skin or kinda helps the skin goes nice/white... maybe sparrows nest? (or ami wrong?) LOL

oh i forgot to mention, elicina does fade away freckles, but takes time in months. you prob know from the research on the product i assume. (yes i had 1 or 2 freckles, then i used it, fade away quite well i think.)

I'm in the mids of trying the clinique's Even better skin corrector. i have the same problem. they said it will take at least 4 weeks to see some results. it suppose to stop anymore freckles from coming out and slowly fade the ones on your face so it will be less noticable. but remember to use sunscreen when u go out. have to put it on after u put the skin corrector on. good luck.
