G.E.M. was born in Shanghai and grew up in Hong Kong. she's got a nice voice i guess but i didn't think that her actual songs sounded great and that is more important for me rele.
Well she doesn't have that many songs yet... so don't be so quick in judging =P I'm addicted to her "Sleeping Beauty" and lol, I just found out she wrote it. I think she's really talented and pretty. xP
she's young and her voice is okay ish, she does have an very strong voice, like when she sang for sleeping beauty
yes; she definitely has potential. I recently heard her music; very good. Her voice is one of the few canto singers I can recognize and enjoy listening to. Many canto singers in HK tend to have the same type of music and the same way of singing. This tends to make them indecipherable amongst the many in HK. I look forward to her next album.
She is my favorite canto singer. I can't believe she pens her own songs too. Love her first album, can't wait for her second one. I'm hoping it has more tracks than her first album.
G.E.M is very talented for a young singer. I think she's one of the best in HK right now singing-wise. Her voice is powerful and she sings live a lot better than many singers..
