So we always ASSUME that we had slept more than we actually did... Does that mean that we fool ourselves into thinking "I've got enough sleep last night"?

well...even if i'd add an whole hour to the time that i sleep most of the nights lately...
i still wouldnt be able to fool myself and say "ive had enough sleep"
hard to fall asleep & i wake up in the middle of the night/early & then go back to sleep again....

surprisingly i feel better after a few hours of sleep 4/5 hours than when ive had too much sleep 9/10 hours

^haha. yeah, like cheeks i already know i don't get enough sleep and i know it usually takes me 10-20 min to fall asleep so i'm probably not cheating myself.

eh... i find it hard to sleep, i mean it takes me like 10 minutes to fall asleep
also totally agree with cheeks, i find that i feel more awake after 4-5 hours of sleep compare to the 9 i usually have

Less sleep doesn't mean less rest... since less sleep = more dreams = more REM = more rest... So what one lack in quantity, the brain makes up with quality :)
