Gillian finally at ease with cameras again In Vancouver, Edison Chen expressed his wishes for the female stars, who were previously involved in his photo scandal, to find happiness; at the other end of the world in Hong Kong, Gillian Chung, one half of Cantopop girl group Twins, is eagerly preparing for a full fledged return to work. On meeting with the media, she appeared confident and at ease again with the camera, but had yet to comment on Chen's appearance in court. Chung, who was all smiles on seeing cameras, seemed to have put down the past and is well-prepared to start work again. She was seen on Wednesday night in a hotel, apparently to discuss her collaboration with actor Jim Chim. The duo met and discussed for a few hours before Chung headed back to office of Emperor Entertainment Group for a meeting. Despite being at the other end of media's pursuit, Chung still alighted from the vehicle a distance away from their office to buy herbal tea for her assistant, displaying her thoughtfulness. In the mean time when photographers stepped up to take photos, she smiled with ease to the cameras though she did not answer any of the reporters' questions. Director James Yuen, who had wanted to cast Chung in his new movie, received official rejection by EEG. Though Yuen admitted that progress of the new film has thus been affected, he still expressed his well-wishes to Chung. Yuen said, "I understand that this may still not be a good time for Gillian to resume work because Edison is coincidentally appearing in court to give his testimony. I suggest Gillian seek the White Dragon King's advice on this."
over a year now since the scandal, and the celebs are coming back in force ~ lets see what happens from now
I am sure Gillian is at ease with the cameras .. were she ever NOT .. we can all look at those old poses and know that she's great with camera ... lol .. what a joke.
