Person who stood there and silently filmed while this was going on is every bit as guilty. Youtube can help the authorities by releasing to police the ip of the uploader. Films of crimes being committed are not protected speech, but is considered evidence.

I think is vid is fake...... she is throwing those puppies pretty far and with very little effort..... a pup weighs 10lbs!
