this gurl I know told me to use whey protein isolate (drink), she says it works, but I don wanna try. It some sort of diet fad. O yea. got to do cardo for at least half hour with da diet/ start off slow and ramp up
do sit ups for the belly area.. it would make your body fat tenser and it would make your body belly area look more tenser.. and also.. haha^... go gym ywupz! drag a friend to go with you!
Yeah I agree gym Mind you I`m a lazy piggy lol I dont work out,I can just eat lots and still stay the same weight.High Metabolism I guess but best things is to do sit ups for the tum but apparently there uis a proper way to do them,think you have to breathe in whilst going up
i think you need a general diet and exercise regime, it's basically cardio exercise and a heathly diet. Doing sit up wont reduce your belly fat =p slow crunches may help a little but not much. The thing about sit ups and crunches is that they only help tone your muscles which is inside your fat which means it wont show until you've lose the fat.
well, you dont have to do much, just gotta have determination. if you do like... 25-50 crunches/sit ups a day, thats gonna work your abs. if you run for like.. 20 mins outside, that works your legs. if you just run up and down your stairs, its just a bit harder than actual running. DDR does work the legs, but not the belly as much. so do sit ups for like.. just 15 minutes a day, doing different kinds of si ups like alternating si ups, crunches (where you have your legs 90 degree upwards and reach your toes. it works) or you can even do push ups. not only does it work every parts of your arm, but the upper chest area as well. (you gotta keep your muscles tight/flexed, which is going to force them.) if you wanna work on legs while running, make it tougher, by having your feet reach your buttocks. its weird, but it works. or, you can run by raising your knees to your belt level. there is absolutely no need to go to the gym, as you can do it at home, without the use of machines. i go to the gym, because my university offers it free. but if i had to pay, id probably work at home. but remember, this doesnt happen over night. you gotta be determined to become fit.
you dont want abs? well thats ok just do the sit ups until you feel you have the tummy you are satisfied with. if you do more, thats when you will form abs. just do the first half, which is burning fat.
swimming is the best, if you swim at least 1 hours, 3 time a week. In one month you will see some major results
Go and learn ballet or jazz dance or Capoeira (Brazilian dance). You'll be lithe and all limbs in no time. Works like wonders. Else, pilate works.
