so far i find the series quite boring, Hopefully it will pick up. Can't wait till Roger and Liza unite, I think thats when the fun will pick up.
it does have its funny moments, its just that the characters are so annoying, I gave up after watching ep 7. Its not my type of series I guess.
First 3 episodes, I almost gave up on it, but then I found it really funny. you really have to watch this for Charmaine! the way she talks is really entertaining!
Great drama! I'm hooked on this drama. Charmaine, Lisa and Roger all do a wonderful job. I just feel sad for Lisa everytime she does something bad to Roger (though they are funny). All the little mishaps all add to a more difficult reconciliation between Roger and her.
im up to episode 10 and i hope charmaine learns to sing soon!!! maybe then roger wont think of her as only a "sister"
i was wondering if anyone knows the name of the old songs being sang in this series. i really like to download them. especially the song charmine sings in the beginning of ep. 12. thnkx
The 'oldies' songs are really good. Charmaine's voice is quite good!! But surprised that Roger didnt really sing the songs cos' the voice really sounded like it was him!
the only reason to watch this would be because of charmaine only. not that i like her, but her character sounds cute.
This tv series wasn't all that i thought it would be. Although it was enjoyable at times. I found it quite boring.
umm... the party that really made me laugh was when charmaine sang the durian song when the three guys were discussing if they wanted her to be liza's student
I didn't really get into it in the first few episodes, but then it started getting a bit more interesting and funny... I actually quite enjoy the series. =) I feel bad for Roger with all the bad stuff that happened cos of his brother
i actually find the series interesting and maybe touching in some ways... at the first 2 weeks i thought the show would be bad...since it's 30 episodes...waa..dragging a lot (it seemed)...but forced myself to continue the series and now really satisfied with the plot so far! the times after the death of the Detective's wife...started to keep me into the series! Great job!
this show is alright laaa....not the best, not compared to dicey business with bosco...but anyway..is it me, or r they singing the same two-three songs over and over again....but i only saw 6 episodes so far..thought it was a little boring and i think i stopped becuz of that guy who pretended to be ah wong from life made simple....omg, he was sooo annoying
I really like it, especially the fact that they used the real singers voice in the series for the singing, since it sounds do much better than the real actors themselves
i luv it when charmaine shih sings, really nice voice, and beautiful she is, but i didn't finish watchin it yet
meh i didnt like the series....its kind of differnet from wat i usually see....and i guess i dont really like some of the characters and setting of the show
