Good program for converting mkv w/ subs to mp4

    hi there i was wondering what is a good program i got a few but they don't seem to convert the mkv w/ subs to mp4 to my itouch. can someone help me out?

    I'm going to guess that you're converting anime. If you want it to work with handbrake you'll need to extract the ASS/SSA subs and then convert them to srt, only then can you add them with handbrake as they still do not support SSA subs.
