about 4 weeks ago i sent my dj hero back for warranty repairs because it wasn't working - when i try to sync the turntable with the receiver it just flashes and never syncs. (only played it once before i put it away) so i ring up .. and they said to send it back with a note with the problem. i did that.. they get it within 2 days and ring me sayign its probably the receiver and they'll replace it. so i ask them if they've tested or will do so before they send it back. it took 2 weeks to test it!! apparentally they dont have a working ps3 to test it at activision :rant: so took a while. about 4 weeks later. last week i get it back.. i plug it in and it doesn't work!!! @(&#^Y#$^@#4 exactly the same problem. either they didnt send me a new receiver or they didn't even check!! . ( i left a message on the answering of the lady that was dealing with mine on thursday and she still hasnt't rang me back!! it goes out of warranty in the next month!!) So gay!! grr!! need to probably send it away again and wait another month maybe >_< edit: i rang them up and they're going to just send me a complete new one!! yay!
why didn't you take it back to the shop for a refund? sending stuff back to manufacturers etc is something i always avoid cus it takes to long, i think you should try to get your money back (if you can) and buy it from some other place. if possible try it some other place, a friends house maybe, see if it works there, if it does then something is interfering with it at your house, neva know
i tried to take it back.. but i just found out if u dont buy extendy warranty from (DSE australia) its only 30 days back to shop the rest is up to you.. even though its still under warranty (WTF?) yeah i tried it at a friends house before and it didn't work. maybe i'll try this one they sent back at a friend's house as well.
