most likely the W-E-E-D haha, but still that's weird how it can affect the baby instead of the mother, cause even if it infected the mother that would be weird, grass growing out of lungs, i thought that was a myth, anything can happen these days.

well as youve seen above, weed has grown in someone's lungs without sunlight. maybe its a weed disease...
possibly for the stages just after seed, i cant remember the name, you dont need sunlight?!?! -shrug but yeh the grass shouldnt be able to grow without sunlight personally a better explanation was she simply put grass in her mouth and then breathed in the piece of grass
