speaking from a personal dilemma jigiv783? i can personally say i've never had a crush on the same sex. i'm not homophobic or anything. just only attracted to the opposite sex. but if i did, i think my parents would kill themselves

Have you? If you think its a crush and you are still young then its probably just a phase. Sisterly/ brotherly admiration can often be mistaken for affection when young..

BUT.. if you really think you are homo.. then you gotta face it. Watch Brookback Mountain? You can lie to others.. but you can't lie to yourself. For me.. parents are important, but its my life.. so if need be, tell them and face it all together.

There is such a thing as a man crush, its not romantic or sexual in anyway, its mostly based on admiration, respect, and fondness. Yes I've had a man crush.

But back to the topic, I've never had a crush on a person of the same sex. Besides, the word "crush" is so broad anyways. Perhaps admiration? Like admiring that person of the same sex for their accomplishments, etc?

But I definitely did and do have crushes on the opposite sex as in where I liked them very much. -inlove
