yes i suffer from hay fever too >.< i hate it so muchy....it ruins your summer.....i think worst was one time my nose couldnt stop running when i was in an exam and had to keep asking for tissues and in the end i had the box of tissues on my desk and they gave me an extra 10 minutes
TIP: DO NOT RUB YOUR EYES NO MATTER HOW HARD IT IS......as i've always been told that your hands and fingers are dirty and makes it more itchy plus each time you blink your eyes cleans it automatically.....if your at home get one of them cool packs on your eyes as thats helps....

^ yeh no problems it seems to be pretty good ive used it for a few years.... so have you had hay fever like all the time? as i neve rused to have it and then a few years back it suddenly hit me and i hate it so muchy
^ awww.....so you been on medication for a while then.....-hug....so you got like the entire hayfeve symptoms...all the eyes itching, unable to breath and running nose the works?? i know a friend who had it so bad she was unable to drive in the summer as her hayfever was like super bad....
I suffer from hay fever only in late spring/early summer... And if I exercise enough the symptoms are allivated quickly... For relief, I only recommend Claritin as it is said to be the only allergy medication which do not cross the blood-brain barrier, which render it with less possible side effects (than other brands) especially for long term use...
I usually have it when im in NL... but its almost winter in Sydney.... Well...at least there is one advantage of being here at this time of the year... Mostly my eyes get itchy...but i use eyedrops...that mostly does the trick
