The divorce between Paul McCartney, 65, and Heather Mills, 39, is getting even messier. Sources tell Usmagazine.com that, just one day after a divorce settlement meeting in London with ex Paul McCartney, Mills has turned down his $100 million offer (including an annual income for daughter Beatrice, 3) because he wanted her to sign a gag order banning her from speaking about their failed marriage. "They won't be sitting down for any more talks about this settlement," a source says. "It's going straight to High Court now." A five-day hearing is set for February. "Heather actually said she would take half the money [Paul was offering] if Paul didn't include the gag, but he wasn't having it," the source says, adding that McCartney had heard of Mills' plans to pen a tell-all and "didn't want their dirty laundry being aired." When asked by Us yesterday about the proceedings, McCartney shook his head and declined to comment. Reps for McCartney and Mills also refused to comment. McCartney and Mills wed in 2002 and split in 2006.
Hmm, means there's lot of interesting things going on when they were married if he wants to shut her up. (BTW the Beatle looks so much like Droopy Dog...)

but it's banning talk about the marriage right? so it's not specifically about him. and besides who says that she would be telling the truth? maybe she's just bitter.
But a marriage often involves two right? She might be bitter about it but he wants to forbid her to talk about it at all and although we don't know whether she'll be telling the truth or not I guess the ex-husband wants to preserves his 'clean' image and don't want her to damage his 'good name'.
yeah I guess .. but I just think she shouldn't accept any of his money then, to show that she won't cave I mean, but she said she would accept half of it ... why?
Maybe she has the right to claim half of the community property? (and you don't really think she married him out of pure love for him or because his good looks or something eh? Money money money!) -lol
