sending a PM is easy, for example if you wanted to send me a PM just click on my red username above my display picture, then click on "send private message to ..." (see screen below)

^Upload what files? You mean you wish to share your songs/movies/series files?

If so, you have to find the sites to host them.
Which are www.megaupload.com, www.filefront.com, www.megashares.com, etc.

After you upload your file, you will be given a link to it. Then you post the link here... -^_^
