Henderson's Chairman Lee Shau Kee (4th Uncle) oldest son Peter Lee (Henderson's Vice Chairman) intends to acquire Shaw Holdings Inc. share of TVB for HK$9 Billion and will gain control of TVB, becoming the new boss.
