A sexual harassment case involving three male actors was heard before the Hong Kong court yesterday. Defendant, 62-year-old wealthy businessman, Lau Ding Sing (劉定成), was accused of coercing three male actors into taking fully nude photos. Next Magazine reported that Him Law (羅仲謙), Matthew Ko (高鈞賢), and Benjamin Yuen (袁偉豪) were rumored to be three of the male actors, known as “Mr. A, B, and C” in the sexual harassment case.

The Hong Kong Police Department found more than 60,000 nude male photos in defendant, Mr. Lau’s possession. The subjects featured in the photos included police officers as well as actors, who appeared fully nude and in thongs! The scandalous photos were taken between 2003 to 2007.

    Coaxed to Strip

Four men–of which three were actors–will testify in court on the condition of public anonymity against defendant, Lau Ding Sing. The second defendant in the sexual harassment case was 26-year-old actor, Lo Yan Kit (盧昕傑), who was being sued for threatening to post nude photos of the actor(s) on a gay website.

In the court hearing held yesterday, an actor known as “Mr. B” stated that he met defendant, Lau Ding Sing, in July 2005. Mr. Lau owned an apparel business and asked Mr. B to partake in a photo shoot in an apartment located in the Happy Valley district.

As the photo shoot progressed, Mr. Lau coaxed Mr. B to eventually remove his clothes, leaving him in his underwear briefs. Coming into close intimate contact with Mr. B, Mr. Lau finally persuaded Mr. B to strip fully nude before the camera.

Mr. B testified that Mr. Lau promised to introduce him into the entertainment industry, thus Mr. B agreed to take the nude photos. However, the defendant’s lawyer pointed out that Mr. B’s wild poses in the nude photos suggested that he was a willing participant. Mr. B countered that he was only following Mr. Lau’s directions in posing as instructed.

Furthermore, second defendant and actor, Lo Yan Kit, apparently came across the set of nude actor photos. Allegations were filed against Mr. Lo in threatening the male actor(s) to post the nude photos on a gay web site in August 2008.

The other two male actors involved in the nude photo harassment case, “Mr. A” and “Mr. C” will also be testifying in court.

Among the three male actors involved in the nude photo harassment case, Him Law was quickly rumored to be one of the victims. Perhaps due to his frequent onscreen skin exposure, Him was linked to the nude photo case. While filming TVB drama, Mother to Mother <巴不得媽媽> yesterday, Him stated clearly that he never took fully nude photos for professional advancement.

Him said helplessly, “When no knows who you are, you yearn for news. When people know who you are, then there is no choice in choosing the type of news to be featured in!” He emphasized that he only earned money through upright means.

Matthew Ko was currently taking a 3-month vacation from TVB due to an achilles tendon rupture. Currently wearing a leg brace for support, Matthew was resting at home. He has made no public comment to-date regarding being rumored as one of the subjects in Lau Ding Sing’s nude photo court case.

Earlier this week, Benjamin Yuen wrapped up his scenes for the concluding episodes of TVB sitcom, Till Love Do Us Lie <結,分@謊情式>. Similiar to Matthew Ko, Benjamin Yuen has not made any public comments regarding the nude photo scandal taking Hong Kong by storm.
