Have you ever seen some one run-over by a car? And see people just walking by as nothing has happened o_0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itAXj-d6rtI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1trMTUK06aQ
u know... as much as i wanna feel bad for the guy... the idiot was jay walking... he put himself in as much danger as the idiots chasing each other...
did u guys realised there was a guy on a bike and he just turned and rod off to the other side of the road... that was bare evil like
You guys do know that at least four people DID call 911. What people were upset about is that nobody stopped to help him out, or that nobody went to the streets to assist him. People were afraid to move him were their 'reasons.'
first off that guy was wrong for jay walking...second the people racing were wrong for driving that fast on a public street so i don't know who's more wrong here the drivers or the pedestrian, but i'd say both
Even though he was jay walking, those drivers are still F'ed up, they were definitely racing and i hope they are put behind bars
pedestrian gets right of way regardless. doesn't matter if they're jay walking or not. still at the driver's fault.
no they don't lol... if that's true, even if ur going at legal speeds and someone suddenly runs out onto the street and gets hit, then u'd be charged with manslaughter... not fair is it? this isn't chitown kt... and even chitown is cleaning up it's jaywalking the last couple of years
I dont know man, I still think even if you are driving at a legal speed you should still be able to avoid these situations. They don't make people take drivers ed and drivers training for no reason. :( and wtf! what does chinatown have anything to do with this. I know theres a lot of jaywalking there but you act like its a whole other country or someshit. Chinatown you follow all the same rules, its not any different, so leave it alone!
This is one of those situations where everyone says "it happens" There's this winding road that I drive down a lot and it's pretty crazy because you basically only see about 25 feet in front. I remember my mom was driving about 30 mph and we had to swerve out of the way because someone decided to stand in the middle of the road. If my mom's reaction wasn't quick enough we would have definitely hit him. I'm not saying the old guy deserved it, but he was pretty much asking for it. My old school had to put up signs to warn students not to jay walk because a student was killed by on-coming traffic. Better be safe than sorry. amirite?
