HKTV registration has been blocked

    After signing up for this HKTV account, my account has been blocked. Does anyone have this type of problem? Does it have to do with IP address? need Help

    Mine's not blocked but to play anything from it, you'll need to use VPN for HK region IP?

    Yeah, you would need HK VPN to play anything from HKTV...
