eat more, move less. But then you dont want to eat too many unhealthy foods, as youll just get high colestrol and clogged arteries etc. You can buy weight gain powders that you mix with milk and sh*t but id only use them if your actually training as well. There are protein powders but again will only work if your actually doing weights and training. The most basic is to eat more calories than you use and it will become fat.
^ yep i agree it would be to eat more and exercise less.. but it can be a very dangerous route to take as noted by dim8sum take a look at myolie wu who gained weight for her new series 'lush fields' or something like that she just ate lots and lots hope this helps but be careful

Eat more dimsum...lol Plan C. If you want to gain weight, you have to work out more, sleep more, and eat fastfood. And by work out, I don't mean ride a bicycle for hours...I mean lift weights or something. No sleep, no growth, no weight gain. Don't work out too excessively if you are under 18 =P Plan B is to get your parents to buy some birds nest. "yin woh"? and eat some every few weeks. It should improve your appetite, allowing you to eat more than your usual on a regular basis. Plan A is to accept your fate. You're a pansie when it comes to weight, but you eat what you want when you want and it takes no effort. Besides, if you're not skinny, you're fat!
Eat more... drink a lot of milk... exercise, just not as much... but eat more. Eat more than 3 times a day.
Sorry, I can't help you...'cuz I have the same problem of gaining weight. I've tried to eat a lot, but that didn't help.
Do you want to gain weight or gain fat? For weight gain excercise more because muscle weighs a wad more than fat. It'll also get you hungry so you'll eat more. Drink protein shakes...I won't recommend the other stuff cause its pretty harsh stuff. To gain fat....I don't recommend it but yea go for fast food once a day you'll see result quick. If you don't then you probably have high metabolism and almost nothing will work in this case. You'll just have to wait until you metabolism slows down. I went through this phase like 3-4 years ago in which I blasted through a workout frenzy. I gained about 30 pounds give it a try.

I would say eat a lot of sweet stuff like icecream, cookies and desserts. they pack with ton of sugar = calories and fat.
k guys. im 15 turning 16 at like 5'5 at 90lbs (barely. sometimes i hit 88) i sit around all day on the chair playing videogames/pc and eat mainly fastfoods.. Drink lots of water... lots of soda... eat snacks whenever i feel like. dont excercise. i manage to loose wait that way.. so junkfood inst kicking it or maybe that i may be too young for it to take effect? yes i do know about high cholesterol so im kicking back on the junkfood now.. asian foods will barely give you any meat.
