Im not takling about serious hardcore depression, but you know those times we all have in life when we're a lil down? what do you do to overcome it? I enjoy listening to music dancing and target practise with my air gun. which i sold. LOL also hittin' up the weights in my mini gym. What do you do?
We usually think of depression as something external...making them depressed...when you are depressed you cry, drink, get mad and angry...those are temporary solution to pains...we do that because we cannot reach internally...so we have to exploit it out...but exploiting it out won't change anything because that is above the cause of our depression...in other words changing others won't change yourself...because when other similar situations come again...we feel depress again... the reason in why we get depressed is because we have something within our personaility that we don't know of...that part of the personaility can be solved by "changing it"...again not by externally...when it comes around again, u would get depressed again...we are to act internally, not externally...things that you can do good to the internal and may fix depression is retrieving authentic power...in other words aligning ur personaility with ur soul (the ideal life)...show love...and compassionate
You are trying to destract urself from going within urself...going externally...that won't make you know what caused ur depression...and next time u'll be seeing it again...What I would do is search inside and see why u were depressed...if you are depressed next time try to repress it...by being compassionate

Depression is a lot of things and it's not because we don't knwo our "personalties". It usually stems from suppressed emotions, a traumatic moment in our lives or even something recent. Our head has certain hormones and when they are unbalanced, we then become depressed. One of the best mechanisms for battling depression is to do physical exercise. A therapist told me that exercise and drugs are as effective. Physical excercise doesn't have the cons of drugs.
you overcome depression by taking xana and depression pills =D maybe finding love, doing physical activites or things you really enjoying doing. dont stick to your usual routine and try to fight it through i know it feels like hell no matter what you do but yea what you really need is check yourself in for some real help.
umm alcohol? i dont drink but im pretty sure some mofo on this does hahaha... that wasnt a nice thing to say but
yes alcohol's the solution but its also like crack you'll get hooked on it and your life will fall apart. not a cure to depression.
yes it is ull be to drunk to care what u talken about... sure theres side effects like being addicted and smellin like alcohol and all that but doesnt mean it wont work =p doesnt mean its a good solution either =))
yea man. sleep. cures everything. but what i like to do is just think avoid the issues that cause the depression. avoidance is just as good as sleep. but a more active approach to it
