Rockets will get out of first round and that's it. They can't compete with the likes of Dallas and Pheonix.
the Rockets have a better chance grinding it out with Dallas then they do trying to score 120 a night with Phoenix... its not impossible to beat Dallas, but Phoenix really is the worst draw... anyways... it just seems impossible for Houston to get to the finals... they're too inconsistent... one night TMac can shoot 40% and drop 40, the next he's on his back, the next he's shooting 20% and drop 15... then there's Alston and Head with inconsistent shooting... which leaves the Hayes/Battier/Yao... whom are pretty consistent, but definitly not enough to win it all...
How deep the Rockets go this year in the playoffs depend on how well Head, Alston and Battier is shooting the ball. If other teams are doubling and tripling Yao and Tmac they must make the other teams pay. And impossible is nothing, according to Tmac.
That won't mean a thing until he gets us through the first round... this isn't Yao's team until he stops flying around everywhere and stands his ground... I don't see Shaq get plowed over every other game... sh*t... -pirate

You are just being way too optimistic. Yao needs to learn more on drawing fouls from defenders. Rockets have a chance if they can consistantly jack up those 3s in high percentage. -detect
Rockets don't play Suns or Mavs during the first round so they don't have to worry about the likes of Dallas and Phoenix, but they will have a hard time with Utah and exiting in the first round is likely.
I really cant see the rockets go anywhere this season...the team does not have a bench, and the team chemistry is way out of wack...lets just hope t-mac and yao can carry the team...but i see them getting out at the 2nd round at best...maybe even after the first round
