Aren't you that same guy who was depressed about his cheating gf?? and now you want to marry her?? Dude your situation reminds me of the runaway pride. The bride ran away from the groom on their wedding day. Weeks later she was found and the guy still wanted her back in terms of marrying her. Last I heard they cancelled the wedding. Whats past is past, unless its brought forward to the future. If she had like actually sex with that guy, I would leave her, and that guy would not be alive. Though that guy is pretty much scared for the rest of his life. yes I was depressed, but things are working out now. Though you may think its all a waste on all that advice. Life holds many lessons that we may or may not use. "A man can dream of differents and new paths, but will end up taking the old one." Im alot more wiser and more careful about things. My book to her is still open but not all the way so to speak. Ever since she came to my house, she hasn't left yet. She comes with me to my classes, shopping and daily activity, as if like a married couple. Even the things at night....won't get into that *you guys probably dont want to hear that part anyway* but she is holding on to me when she has a chance too and saying to me she loves me.
But he's in -inlove... Oh well, we've said what we needed to. He chose the road already. I GUARANTEE YOU, she won't stay that way. Plus clingy gets tiresome and old very quickly. But anyways, you've already shown us that our advice doesn't matter, so just live the life you want. Many lessons are learned the hard way because people don't listen or believe. It's fine to choose that path, just don't regret it in the future because the choice was made by you. So hell, take her to vegas right now with a ring pop and I wish you a happily ever after.
lol ring pop... shady... well if you think she loves you then go ahead an do it... there really is not else left to say... but there ain't no tellin' how long she'll stay in love with you... if you're confident and sure that she won't reject you then go ahead and ask. But remember that lotta failed marriages is do to the fact that the couple rushed into it without really knowing each other. You may think you know her now.... I mean you was pissed that she cheated on you when you guys were just going out.... just can't imagine what would happen if she cheated on you when you guys are married... And you sound like you actually have some anger issues... so taking that kinda shock would be not be a good thing. No sense in ending in jail for a girl whom you thought loved you but played you from day one. And then you'd be in more regret than ever...
Not alot of support in this thread huh. -sweat But I know all of you care what happened and I actually do like the clingy thing she does. Its like we were going out on our first date again. All I know is the question weather or not she loves me is in fact that she loves me. and if things don't work out. theres always a reason. Though everytime the idea of what she did was comes up she cries and hugs me saying, "I know what I did was wrong. I won't ask for you forgiveness but I really do love you." She cries alot when that subject comes up. Last night she bought me a promise ring. And she asked if I could meet her parents. Its just seems were acting more and more like a couple then ever before. Though looking at it another angle, I see your guys view that she did this and she will never change. Thats a possibility, but it just seems right for me that she even wants me see her as a wife rather then a gf now. So yeah, we did discuss the marrage thing but we decided out parents have to know whats going on first. *Oh this will be alot of fun......if you like having her family wanting her to marry someone of the christian faith rather then a buddhist like me -_-2* She even tells me not to worry but I can't help but worry. so yeah thats my situation in life. And I do love her, but I'll keep my eyes open.
