Current, I can just attach 1 additional monitor to my laptop. But would like to have 2 or 3. How is this possible? I only have 1 svga
not possible to my knowledge... if its anything like a desktop, your video card needs to be capable of supporting dual monitors, triple monitors or quad monitors and have the output for each. The only way i can see this working is if you buy an external graphics card that connects to your laptop with atleast one additional DVI or VGA out. http://ati.amd.com/technology/xgp/index.html ^ basically you need that. also you'll note that it requires an external pci 2.0 connection... which is something i've actually never heard of; my macbook doesnt have one, thats for sure
yes you can! Take any available USB port on your Desktop or Notebook and turn it into an additional video output for use with another display. UV PLUS+ is powered by USB and uses Lossless Compression for transferring video signal which provides a crystal clear viewing experience on your additional display.
Assuming you want to display the same screen on all monitors, then buy an svga Y splitter cable (google it). They use such a setup in conference rooms where they output to a monitor for the speaker and a projector for the audience at the same time. EDIT: Just read the heading of your message instead of the message itself. This won't help you to extend the screen. So nevermind.
The thing is, I don't want 5 monitors showing the same thing like they do @ the store. I want extended view type of thing. Thank you If you could ocnfirm.
