How to backup iPhone

    I taking my faulty iphone4 back to store to get it replace for a new 1 however im not sure how to back up my stuff.

    And how I do make sure I delete everything on the iphone before I give it back to the store?

    I m a apple noob

    You can't "really" back up the music.. but you can back up contacts and others.. Just hit Sync in iTunes and right click on the iPhone (left column) and hit Back Up

    Theres a program called 'Tuneaid' and 'Diskaid' that you can backup ur music / videos from your iPhone to your computer
