Get a regular schedule before you dive into any particular diets. Irregular eating schedule never mix well with dieting. Then just phase into the particular diet you have in mind (no eating everything you are going to miss beforehand!), it takes longer to see the results but it works better (for me at least). And oh, drink water and don't forget to breath
It's different... I know the basic knowledge how to diet... But I just can't keep it up on the schedule... Any good plan for me to do so on these matter -_-2
plan out ur schedule. if u know how ur day is gonna b like, then make eating times at a certain time, exercising time etc. i also found it useful to let my family know that i was on a diet so they would watch out for me. there are times when i want to cheat and somebody would remind me. but honestly, u can't really make excuses. u have to want it bad enuf to do it. when ur determined, no amount of excuses will get in the way.
i think the best way to stick to ur diet... is to be very clear on what u wanna achieve.. be it weight loss, or staying trim, or just purely staying healthy! if u're focused on ur goals, then small stuff like scheduling shouldnt be a prob? like wat lee-lee said, plan out ur schedule if u foresee urself having a tight day. just 2 cts worth.
i think eating dinner early....and eating less during dinner helps.....eat the main meals during the day....
Exactly as lee-lee said, you have to really want it bad enough to be disciplined in regards to your new diet. You have to realize that you're not going to get results overnight and not let that discourage you. Be realistic with the goals that you set. Discipline and strong inner motivation will help you the most I think.
Will power! There's no other option... Do give yourself one day a week to eat a meal of anything you want, kind of like a reward
find someone to encourange you and push you good person to find is someone with the exacct same goals as you than you push each other
