how to delete locked ringtones from motorola phones?

    can someone please tell if there is a way to delete locked ringtones and pictures?
    its killing my phone memory...:-cry2

    go to google and do a search...theres a program that you can install that hacks your phones operating systems...you then can erase those annoying ringtones that you dont want from your motorola
