How to insert Pictures?

Hi, new to using forums. Can anyone teach me how to insert pictures directly into the post? Without going through thumbnail like below? Many Thanks!

You linked this one with bbcode img tags where as you attached those other ones. It's not a problem though since people can click the thumbnails to see it in the otherr topic.

ha.. thanks for the help. I think I understand. Cos I uploaded those pics in the previous post direct to Popular Asians from my com. So I guess I just need to link them from other websites right?

Be careful if you plan on linking from other sites (hot linking though) because some of them have preventive measures then you'd have to save the image, upload to a webhost like imageshack or some other one and then link to that instead.
