What is interesting is that every American learns this song in childhood, and is so frequently exposed to it thoughout his life, that it is almost inconceivable that anyone should not know the words to it. The looks on the people's faces are priceless. :laugh:

Really now, he didn't even need to know the words. He could have found them on line in less than 30 seconds and printed out a copy before going on stage with it. I bet his wife already divorced him, and his kids won't admit to being his. I bet even his partner will now refuse to ride with him... :laugh: LOL... "...and the home, of the... free" <_<
lol I don't think it's THAT extreme. At least the modified lyrics were on key with the song But then again he's part of the police force, so he should know he's serving America (and thus the song associated with it). Eh.. at least he has the faith if not the words?
On the other hand, maybe his rendition is emblematic of the America that we now live in, a confused and misquoted version of its former self...
