Hi I’m very new to downloading movies, have no clue as to how to download, how it works ect. Never download a movie before. I’m now, in the process of learning from the FAQ guide. I have one question, assuming I downloaded a movie using BT or DDL file, what do I need to do to watch the movie on my TV instead of computer? Or should I ask can that be done? -unsure-unsure

What kind of program I need to convert the file to enable me to save it on discs so I can watch on TV ? Is there a link to explain/guide me the process of doing it? -unsure-unsure

Sorry for the stupid question. Just me, the newbie, in process of learning and needing help from the expert.
A more simple and clear explanation is very much appreciated. -_-2

Thank you in advance. have a wonderful day.

Well eventually whatever dramas/movies you download will be in digital format(for computers viewing only). Even if you convert it to the vcd form, it will take lots of time to render. So its better to view using your computer. And of course you need to donwload codecs so that you could view the video files. The codecs will depends on what type of media you are seeing.

I would recommend a useful resource site http://www.videohelp.com/

For my opinion, just get a media PC running WIndows Media Center and connect it directly to your TV.
    Problem solved.

If you want to watch it from the tv and to lazy to convert it. Go out and purchase a sdtv cable which connects to your computers/laptop video card and plug that to your tv, usually its yellow(video in). If you want sound you have to buy this special cord which connects to your speaker into your tv, usually red or white(audio in). This should provide you with video and audio.

    Hopefully this will help you.

1st of all you need to know what kind of video card you have most will come with a Super Video port and will either be VGA or DVI hopefully you don't have onboard graphics and then you need to know what your TV interfaces/ports your Tv has. then you just need to find a cable that will go from your graphics card to you tv.

I have a dual Dvi graphics card and a LCD tv and connect using DVI to HDMI

It really depends how it was encoded in the first place, including the resolution of the video and episode length. You need to be a lot more specific.

    The_Jelly NSFW? :P

Using this program you can do that. The quality might not be so good since you're putting 10 episodes on it.

it depends on the file size and the encoding...
What i use is WinAVI to convert rmvb files to dvd
after i use this program called 'DVD Shrink' to compress the dvd (VOB file) even more... to fit 8-10 episodes on 1 disk

If u download tv-rmvb file.. the outcome maybe rubbish
if u download dvd-rmvb file... the outcome is much better, but this depends on the encoding in the first place

yes, I admit your question is a bit dumb lol.

Just burn the file into a cd or dvd by using program such as Nero 7.

Fm there on, your video player should play the disc by itself.
