Hi everyone, Please help! :bowdown: I have a paper with the following topic: "Pick a real world problem or situation that Human resource organizations must deal with in order to be successful, and describe how a strategic human resource management concept, theory or practice is useful in better understanding and solving the problem or issue" Basically I do not have a story with HR problem in the real world, so I can not start the paper. Hence I want to ask if: anyone ever experienced or have trouble with either recruiting, compensation, etc If you do, would you mind to share your story (you don't need to give me the name of the organization) thank you in advance
