HTC Radar Problem

Hiya i have a question i have a htc radar and my network is 02. now when i insert the sim card in the phone and set everything up but my internet dont work i phone up 02 they say they dont have the phone so they do not have the settings for it.

any ideas? but i dnt think even if the network dnt have this phone does not mean you can not have any network in the phone

and phone is sim free.

check settings-wireless and network - mobile network - use packet data is vinked

 

i even input the apn myself apn=mobile.02.co.uk and username=02web and password=password

its a windows phone as well..

 

The most thorough way to make sure you're not using data is to turn off your data connection altogether.

From Start, flick left to the Application list and then press Settings > Mobile.

nah its a window i found out that 02 does not support the settings for the radar gutted guess ill have to get another sim as 3,voda,and anything else part from 02.. i got it for free as im a htc ambassador... i use a Samsung Galaxy S2 and a Iphone 4S

u mean the software or hardware that o2 doesnt support? strange, i once flash windows phone software on the HTC hd2 and the data runs as soon as i activated it at microsoft. ( hotmail account for the market )

 

02 does not support internet settings as they dont stock that phone but there is many phone that 02 does not have internet still work? i think its wierd.

everything work but can not go on internet. the funny thing is that the hspa icon shows up next to the singnal but can not get the internet work?

Anything solutions?

 

how about data by wifi?

 

Wifi works in home aslong im connected wirelessly but i soon i turn off wifi and try to use my data plan nothing works...

 

and u can make call with it? could it be the 3g malfunction?
