While Chinese families from all around the world celebrated the Lunar New Year, celebrity couple Huang Xiaoming (黃曉明) and Angelababy took this opportunity to help those who do not have families to spend the holidays with. Appointed as the ambassador of a charity campaign that supported the elderly in Shandong, Xiaoming spent his holidays volunteering to help 48 needy and elderly families. The mission is also sponsored by his own charity foundation, the TomorrowFoundation. On February 20, the second day of the Lunar New Year, Xiaoming and Angelababy visited 87-year-old Lu Juzhong, who is left alone to take care of his bedridden daughter. Angelababy quickly won the heart of the kind grandmother, who ordered Xiaoming to do the chores around the house while she chatted with Angelababy. Xiaoming also helped the grandmother wrap dumplings, creating a warm atmosphere. Xiaoming and Angelababy then visited 76-year-old Lu Zhifun, who is a big fan of Xiaoming.
