PSY is just everywhere lol. The teaser was good but this wasn't as good as I thought it would, still a nice catchy track. Would be nice to see her do a MV like Change, I really like that. I watched the one with fan-sub and the lyrics seems super repetitive. Well, it's just "ice cream...chocolate ice cream...like my dark skin", ah you get my point, I rate this 7/10 tops. That girl at 2:01 in blue denim/jeans jacket look so familiar (she appears in other bit but this shows a solid footage), reminds me of that person from IRIS Kdrama (the one with T.O.P).
