    Sennheiser - PC 350

They are supposed to be the best and they can play music very very good too, some people are saying that it doesn't have over the top bass but the bass is just fine and i aint no head banger headbang2 and if you want more then you go to your sound card settings.

anyway, if you have anything better then let me know, don't worry about the price of these, that isn't an issue but this is the highest im gona go.

  2. Also is there a way to find what Impedance your pc/sound card can handle.

The headphones are: Impedance: 150 Ohm and my sound card is an X-fi xtream gamer or whatever.

Don't buy 'gaming' headphones. They're a cheap gimmick to make money. The best headphones to use for gaming are audiphile grade headphones. I would suggest the Audio-Technica ATH-A500 and an inexpensive mic. The 'gaming headphones' are so crappy they will hurt your game. With the Audio-Technicas, it will be easy for you to distinguish which side the enemy is coming from and will be able to pinpoint where they are. They are closed headphones so outside nose won't distract you.

  4. hmm cooool. did you check out the ones i was gona get cus the reviews say they are very very good with the sounds etc unlike most of the gaming headsets which are poo. check to see if the ones you mention are actually better then the ones i showed if you got the time.

when i get back later on ill check out the headphones you recommend, i may just get them instead.

If you're planning on going the Audio-Technica route, here's a very good and inexpensive microphone that you can buy and it clips right on to the headphone cable.

    I'm currently using a Westone UM2 Earphone.
As I have to make my own beats, I need a quality monitor to point out where need improvement.
In my humble opinion, this is the best earpiece there is.

Anyway, I use UM2 for World Of Warcraft as well.
    Hasn't failed me since.
    Good stuff.
    It's a little costly though.
But it's definitely worth the buy.

I found a good review for you on the net.
Use the navigations below to learn more about the UM2

    Sorry I couldn't help then.
I'll ask around to see if there's any high definitions earphones that support maximum gaming experience.
Well yea. In the mean time, if you need any help, just let me know alright?
I'll see what I can do.

So is Audio-Technica ATH-A500 good with footsteps sound? I had one good headphone before which i can hear where and how many people come from different sides by footstep sounds, but i broke it.
Im looking for a new headphone for FPS games only, any recommendations?

    Audio-Technica ATH-A500 is a mid-ranged headphones.
Definitely good enough to hear footsteps and all.
    I'd recommend a SENNHEISER PC350 for real-time gaming experience.
The problem with Audio-Technica ATH-A500 is that it makes your ears hot after awhile.
You don't want sweat all around your earphones, do you?
