It is great meeting you all here. So many people meet online and there are many stories of romances... Do you think actually love is possible online? Do you know of any cases?
personally, i dont think love is possible online. you need physical interaction. something can start online. but it will eventually lead to a meeting. and i think thats when things happen. i know a lot of people that are different online. and its not like they are doing it on purpose. the setting and mood is different online.
I know a few people who have started relationships online, and one couple is even getting married soon. I think it becomes wierd when people start having these relationships based only on chatting online or on the phone. There has to be some physical interaction at some point to have a relationship
If your relationship is strictly online, I don't think you can fall inlove. You could perhaps lust them but nothing more. Love in my opinion is beyond words and more of an overall feeling towards that person and I think to get that feeling is to actually know them. To see them, feel them on ever level. Being on the internet is touching base with one level. But I'm not doubting the fact you can find love on the internet. It's just meeting that person that makes things intimate.
oh strictly online nah... yea i doubt that could happen but maybe like if ur handicapped and bound at home for life or something.

that happes a lot.. girls for Irak and afganistan, turkije ...enz.... they are brought here to the netherlands and they have to marry a boy here .. and the fathers search the boys and they marry him and the first time they see eachoter is on the wedding.......... but our minister made now new rules so its now illegal..... but it happesn a lot...
but that is not a internet love but I have a friend and he is gay and he met his boyfriend on the internet

I don;t think you can find love out of just chatting over the internet, that has to be some real life interaction. but I think it is a great medium for meeting people especially when you consider the old traditional method of going to a club, drinking a lot, and trying to pick someone up
My dad met my step mom online and they have known eachother maybe 5 years now and got married last summer.
