iPhone Price Drop Apple is slashing the price on their iPhone the 8GB model down to $399 (a $200 drop!). They are clearing out their stock of 4GB iPhones for $299 with free shipping. They are also bringing WiFi iTunes preview and purchase capability to both the iPod touch and the iPhone That really stink for the early iPhone buyer-noclue
Well they would definitely make a price cut on the iPhone before it got released in Asia (and later on in Europe with 3G)... It wasn't surprising at all... Though it's true that it sucks to have bought it at its release since you pay the most to get the bug-ridden prototype -tongue2
Update on price drop! Update: Apple is offering $100 Apple Store Credit for those who bought iPhone before the price cut. Details are still being worked out and will be posted on Apple's website next week. Stay tuned. Lucky previous owners... god.. company giving away $100 to each person who owns an iphone :(
duh.. of course its overprice for a phone... the max i'll pay for a phone will be like $250-$300 lol not going to spend that much on a phone..
There have been certain reports circulating regarding the fees that are charged when using the iphone. Some options that give you WiFI connectivity are charged according to the amount of time the connectivity is turned on. not when its in use. Numerous people have been getting cell phone bills totaling over $1000 USD. As a suggestion, i would advise everyone to read over their service plan before utilizing the numerous options available on the iphone. Just my two cents after seeing reports on 60 minutes and CNN.

Apple products to me are highly overrated. I was at the mall the day the iPhone came out, massive line stretched to almost the other end of the mall. I think that iPods are what made the iPhones so popular. Plus, i saw on the news that you get the $100 back ONLY if you bought the iPhone 14 days before they made the price change...so crazy fans who bought it the day it came out, no $100 refund for you
guys i would be vv curious why would so many ppl will buy an iphone where its features was so limited? Even i was been told that the iphone can't send a MMS message also....with the price they are selling i was so curious that ppl really would queue so long to buy it...
ipods are popular when it first came out, that is why this STUPID iPhone is popular also... stupid ugly design ipods...
hm.... 100 for people that bought it before the price cut, thats not bad i guess, but nothing in the store that i would want is less than 100 dollars so eh...
i think maybe they do price cut so that it will keep attracting more ppl to buy the phone somemore maybe its market gimmick
iPhone is coming to Europe, dont worry, i heard that it was on O2 network though.. not sure.. since im not living in europe or anything
