Okay...i know i have been gone for a while...but i have some time now...i guess...lol... the thing is the younger generations now are like dating at age 13 or less...(which scares me...) and i want to explore further in what i want to do in the future rather than dating...but the problem is that i am now 19 going on 20...and it seems like my WHOLE family is either wanting me to get in a relationship or curious if i have someone i like or vice versa... and they almost ask me every saturday why i hang out with them instead of going out with some friends... and the creepiest thing is that once in a while they stalk my FB... i clearly told them i don't have any interest in getting in a relationship yet but they LOVE bringing me along to meet "their friend's sons..." i give up... anyone have any idea how i should stop them from thinking im going to be a *lo goo poh* or a nun?!?!
lol most asian families want their children to finish their education before relationships and dont stalk fb. guess they just don't want to be left out lol. this might sound harsh but they probably thinking they want you to be with a guy they know instead of getting knocked up by some random dude haha. btw just curious do you know tofu irl?
this is a first, parents pushing their kids to date? have you told them that you just want to find one after you're done uni or college since you need to concentrate in school to find a better job in the future. but maybe your parents want to have grandchildren? lmao.

O.M.G same case for me......>.< they've been "finding" single guys through their friends, one time even actually arranged a face-to-face meeting -.- maybe they're scared of the "chung lui" "sing lui" thing, so they want u to get a guy now? or like my parents say, its easier to find a guy while ure in school (idk).
Surprised as well considering most asian parents don't want their daughters dating until they're old and wrinkly. It's not a problem that you don't have a boyfriend, but they're gonna still play matchmaker.
